Arija was responsive and patient with our questions (and sometimes panic!) over the weeks we were looking. She was also very honest when it was clear the market was just so unknown – we appreciated that she could be blunt with us.
I personally really liked working with Arija as I knew she was listening to me as a primary carer of young children who needed to prioritise certain things in our first home – I knew she could hear me on my worries.
